Since 2017, Dilstories has carried out film trainings around Uganda, and in 2023, it founded Sisi Film Collective to enable filmmakers to network and share resources and expertise.

Job Description: The Productions Coordinator is, fundamentally, an executive assistant to the Producer and CEO. This is a mid-level managerial position and it involves supervising staff, overseeing the execution of projects and activities, and lending administrative support to other staff and to members of the film collective. The duties can be categorized into the following:
1) Business development. That is, writing grant applications, bids, pitches, and reports.
2) Project management, which involves overseeing and participating in the running of film productions, film trainings, and organizing activities of the collective.
3) Human resource management.
4) Book keeping. Liaising with the accountant to keep track of expenditures and of tax obligations.
5) Public relations. Liaising with the communications officer to manage social media, blogs, and websites of both Dilstories and Sisi Film Collective.
6) Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and skills
1) At least three years experience in an administrative position. (Experience in the creative industry is an added advantage.)
2) A university degree in either business, communications, film, or the creative arts.
4) Managerial and administrative skills.
5) Knowledge of film production is an added advantage.
6) Demonstrable interest in the arts and the creative industry.
7) Creative writing and graphic design skills (includes ability to write proposals, create pitch decks, reports, and other documents), or ability and willingness to learn fast.
